Add a Summer has been a very productive time this year. Scroll down to view some of the exciting updates this year.
Add a CCOMING SEPTEMBER 28TH WE WILL HAVE A NEW GATE SYSTEM
Below are three videos that will help you to get acclimated to the new system. You will be able to continue to receive normal voice calls from visitors along with the availability to download an app on your phone which will allow you to receive video calls and open the gate from your phone.
On September 28th, using the email you have on file in The Resort Office, you will recieve an email from [email protected] with instruction on setting up a password and logging into the celular app IF you decide to use it.
If your key fob/card was registered to your name you should see no interruption in service. If you do experience issues stop in the office. We will also have a pre-season gate host from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm to help with the transition.

Check out the new Game Room............. Head to Activities October 15th to book your slots.
We have added the addition of 4 new Pickleball courts bringing our total to 8.
How about the ability to wash your golf cart. Yes, we have added a golf cart washing station next to the woodworking shop.
Did you notice the new mural? With help from many of the summer residents, we had the chance to brighten up our laundry room.
How about the addition of a new HIDE-A-WAY Game Room. This room is located next to the Billiards Room.
It's amazing what a little paint and new art work will do to a room. Check out the new look for the exercise room.
And new netting for the ball field.
Stop by the Glass room and the Lapidary room, you will see fresh paint and sparkling floors.
