Weekly : $545.00 (plus tax)

Arrival: The check in time for RVs is 10:00am to 5:00pm. Early arrivals will be accommodated when the site

is vacant.  Late arrivals will be responsible for rent from the date requested.

Please Note: If you do not arrive within 14 days of your reservation date, you will forfeit your site and your deposit.

       Check Out Time 10:00am    NO PARKING OF RV’s AFTER SUNSET !      

Deposit: A $300 deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. US Funds only and a valid credit card

must be presented at check-in in case the park has to bill for any unpaid charges after check out day, I.e. electricity, etc.

Cancellations: There is a 60 day written cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation in writing, 60 days or

more before your arrival date you will receive a $200 refund and pay cancellation fee of $100 at the time of

cancellation.    If you cancel less than the 60 days before the arrival date there are no refunds.

        Early Departure:  No refunds.  Extended Stay:  You will pay your daily rate.

        Returned Check: There is a $35 return check fee if a check is returned by the bank for any reason.

 Payment: The full amount of rent due is payable upon check-in.  You may pay by U.S. MasterCard, Visa or Discover.

Surcharge of 2.5% is added if using a credit/debit card.  WE CAN NOT ACCEPT Canadian Checks or Postal Orders.

Change of Dates: There is a $50 fee for change of dates and The Resort cannot be responsible for providing

 accommodations other than for the original dates. (This fee is collected up front)

The Resort reserves the right to make changes in site assignment as needed up to your arrival.

Gate access cards: All reservations require a purchase of a gate access card of $10.

        RV Site Rental includes water, sewer, trash, high definition cable tv, internet and use of the facilities. 

        (Internet is still available at the Lobby.)  To have internet at your site, you will need a Docsis 3.0 Modem/Router

         Electricity:  Reservations that are considered monthly (28 days or more) are billed for electricity.

Dangerous breeds are prohibited.  This includes but is not limited to full or partial breed Chows, Rottweilers,

Dobermans, Pit Bulls and Wolf Hybrids
